Use of Impression tray is very important in teeth whitening process,where the tooth impression applicable to the patient.A massive piece of plastic and alginate material is placed in the mouth and pressed against the teeth in the form of the mold.The dentist removes the tooth impression for laboratory process to custom dental impression shape using thermal machine.Impression dental trays are formed and cooled by thermoforming machine before turning on the teeth whitening process. Clear retainers and night guards are also made of the same impression tray process a variety of materials used in thermal machine.The the patient will need to return to the dental clinic for another visit to carry out the actual whitening process in the clinic.It can take two weeks to wait until the next visit,to have better looking teeth.
